Language specifying that if a student’s off-campus speech or behavior results in ‘substantial disruption of the learning environment’, the student can be disciplined
If a student’s speech or behavior committed off campus incites students so as to create a clear and present danger of the commission of unlawful acts on school premises or the violation of lawful school regulations or the substantial disruption of the orderly operation of the school
A student found guilty of such acts will be subject to the same disciplinary measures as outlined in school policies.
